Restondev considers refunds only when work has not started, access has not been delivered, or we are unable to fulfill the agreed scope due to internal limitations. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase with the order details, payment proof, and a clear reason.
Website development, Shopify setup, app development, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, consulting, and custom implementation are non-refundable once planning, design, development, setup, research, campaign work, or delivery activity has begun. Client delay, change of mind, missing content, late feedback, preference changes after reasonable revisions, or third-party platform issues are not valid refund reasons.
Digital products, downloadable files, WordPress bundles, templates, plugin access, courses, and subscription-based resources are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once access, login, download, or delivery is provided. Because these products are intangible, they cannot be physically returned.
Subscription access, including monthly bundle access such as the WP bundle offer, can be cancelled for future billing according to the checkout or account process. Past billing cycles and already-delivered access are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Restondev in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Gateway, bank, administrative, or consultation charges may be deducted where applicable. In some cases, Restondev may offer service credit or replacement access instead of a cash refund.
If you do not receive a digital product link, account access, or order confirmation, contact us immediately with your name, purchase email, order date, product name, and payment reference so we can verify and restore access.
